Today's episode refers to the way I started digging into stories of companies that were making decisions in a different way and getting unexpected results.

About creating a company to find better ways of working togeher: I refer to this quote by Brian Robertson, “How can we live and work together in a more full, more embracing, more powerful way? ” (in "The Discovery of an Evolutionary Algorithm" in 2014).
Some of the books I'm referring to are a collection of stories gathered among real-life companies that we will explore: F. Laloux's Reinventing Organizations in 2012, I. Getz's Freedom Inc. in 2009 (US) and then 2012 (France with L'entreprise libérée), JF Zobrist's La belle histoire de Favi in 2007, J. Lecomte's L'entreprise humaniste in 2016, to name a few. We'll get back to them in future episodes!
About being part of something bigger: among other sources, this relates to the definition of motivation by D. Pink in his book "Drive" (2009).
