Welcome back to the YogaLion Podcast! In this week's episode, I share the mic with one of my oldest and best friends, Meghan.
Meghan first came to yoga as a chronically ill teen seeking solace from her symptoms, and emerged with a renewed perspective and sense of compassion for her body's needs and limitations. Now as a young mother (and yogi of 16+ years), she reflects on how she can still feel like a perpetual beginner in her practice and how the main lesson she continues to learn is one to have love and grace for all that her body is capable of.

Join me each week to explore a different aspect of yoga, from guided breathwork, meditations, and a physical practice to book talks and teacher interviews, and more!
