The Model United Nations Assembly simulates the workings of the UN. Teams of secondary school students represent different UN countries in debates on matters of world political and social concern. Along the way they forge alliances, they lobby, they make compromises and experience all the diplomatic manoeuvering which are the hall marks of the UN.
