Well, it's just been amazing to be here with Kizzy Parks today. I'm still thinking about bottlenecks. I'm fascinated by how she got her records and all of the different areas that she worked on improving flow. 

So there's the visual field. There was how her feet landed on the ground. I'm sure there's something about how fast her arms went around. And I just want to leave you with that thought today. Where are the bottlenecks? What are the bottlenecks? 

There's always only one bottleneck. Once you clear that one, it becomes clear what the next bottleneck is, but you don't have to work on multiple bottlenecks at once. 

So think about what your bottleneck is this week. I'd love to hear what you think about your bottlenecks and what you're going to do to work on them. And it's been great being with you today. Go experiment.
