Learning How To Get Our Own Time Back

Listen Later

Today, I wanted to sit with you and have a conversation about time. We rarely take a moment to check in with ourselves and reflect on how we could be better managing our days. Our society is so consumed with running errands and sticking to routines that we forget how important it is to assess the time we spend on those things and develop sound structures.

In this episode, I discuss ways you can efficiently save time, organizational tips for your home and workplace, as well as how my family’s household calendar is looking! As a big family, we’ve had to learn how to be respectful of each other's space and a big part of that has been co-operation. We’ve learned to be smarter with our time and adjust to each other’s needs along the way.
