Bottom line, I'm terrible at letting people love me, and I'm not the best at loving other people either. In this episode I talk about some things in my past, and childhood experiences that this may have stemmed from. There's always one person in every relationship that loves a little better but, I don't want that to be the case. This will be a long journey, but i'm confident that just like anything else, the hardest part is realizing it and working on it.
