Being injured sucks. Here are some lessons I've learned that may help you in your own process of recovery. I was never that athletic growing up, and it's very frustrating when you're trying to live a healthier life, but you keep getting injured.
If you haven't exercised in a while and feel guilty about it, this episode's for you too!
