Learning to unlearn is not easy but it is possible.
Throughout our lives we learn how to do things, how to behave, how to interact, how to do a task, how to parent, how to cook and so much more.
We can arrive at a place in our lives where we no longer want to do things a certain way not because it was wrong and sometimes because we realise it doesn't serve us anymore. We then have a conscious awareness we want to change and sometimes we don't know where to start to make the change.
As the saying goes "You don't know what you don't know"
Relationships, we want them to be more loving, more open and have more intimacy, a greater level of respect and love. If you haven't developed this to the level you want you may have to unlearn some old habits and learn new ways of being.
Family, we want more joy and fun and adventure in our family but were never shown
Business, we don't want to hustle, we want business to be congruent with our goals and be able to be inspired not burned out.
Career, to be working in a job that feels inspiring and you are doing what you are passionate about, not just existing for a paycheck or the security because that was learned.

This is a considered, evidence-informed podcast for people who want to think clearly, lead responsibly, and navigate challenge without losing themselves in the process.
