Hey lovely people! Lucy has a very honest, free-flowing chat in this week's episode about our subconscious minds, limiting beliefs, privilege and learning new things. It's so important that we go into new situations, meet new people or try to understand new ideas with an open mind so that we can actually be receptive to new information and not be consumed by our existing beliefs and opinions. Unlearning what we think we know can be pretty tricky because our subconscious minds tend to think they're right, but it's so key for eliminating issues such as racism, political division and gaslighting. Let's all be open minded so we can focus on what's genuinely important to us <3.
