I've been thinking about the idea of humility for a long time. I had always associated it with weakness or powerlessness so I didn't want anything to do with it. But, as I was driving this morning, I realized that I didn't know what humility was and if there was a connection between it and humbleness. I knew that I didn't want to be an example of entitlement and maybe humility is an antidote. In this episode, I talk about how humility and arrogance shows up in your business and with your clients.
