I learnt that timeboxing is game changer, a method I was looking for since the beginning of my studies. It has transformed the way I do things, and I completed and achieved a lot, as a result I was much more satisfied with my work. The other lesson I have learnt from watching sports and doing my architecture projects is the importance of the process, in sports its so important for players to focus on doing the basics consistently, this means doing the same thing everyday in order to achieve the desired results and so it is very important to focus on the journey and not the destination.

Two is to procrastinate in a creative way because sometime the best thing we can do is to relax.
