It's been a while and a long time and sometimes things just don't go as planned :( It's been quite chaos for me for the last few weeks and I needed some alone time for myself. But things are getting better, slowly, and I thank you all for being so patient with me on this podcast journey. I'm still finding ways and wisdoms to develop my own meaningful life and I hope to share my experiences and personal stories along the way with you all too :)

ANYWHO, this episode was recorded in the beginning of my crisis and been pondering for a while if I should upload it or not. But since this too is my part of the journey with you all, WHY NOT. Sometimes it's okay to go easy on yourself and sometimes it's okay to now know what you're doing. Not everything has to be so PERFECT. Big Shout out to JOEY for asking this question! For me, the word ‘Creative’ is to be active, ALIVE. To be curious and excited to create something, whether it’s tangible or not, copied from somewhere or re-arranged, to make something happen is what i call creative. So BEING a CREATIVE is to ‘LIVE AN ACTIVE LIFE’.

Being diagnosed with AML leukemia at age 5, then having his kidney transplanted in year 9, he has grown to become a stunning photographer capturing the essence of the artwork for clients like BMW, Luna Park, UTS and so forth. Andrew shares his wisdom from the angle he sees behind the lens and shares with us to appreciate the time we have today.

The up and coming Korean-Australian Rapper here out in Sydney, who’s favourite movie is Black Panther, is in the LAB with us today. Formerly being a soccer player before immigrating to Sydney, COOEE discovered his voice in hiphop since the age of 13. He realized hiphop and rap can create such a powerful moment which is the reason why he shares his reality through bars and rhythm. Releasing his single ‘2022’ on the 2nd of February under the newly formed brand GOLD DIGGERS CLUB, cooee is ready to share his stories this year.

Hey guys! Can't believe we have already reached the end of 2021!!

As much as it is our LAST episode of the year, I wanted this episode to be special and chill. So I sat down with  Caroline Lee who has been on this incredible journey of 2021 with me since Day 1.
