One of the best pieces of advice I can give to other moms who are caught in the grind of mom life and who are feeling the burnout HARD is to just leave. Don't abandon your children and your family forever, that is definitely not the solution I'm going for but just leave for a few hours or even a few days if you can get away like that. You'll get in touch with who you are outside of being a mom and you'll be setting an example to your children of how it's important to take care of yourself and to take breaks when you're feeling overstimulated and overwhelmed. Both you and your family will thank you for it.
