Michelle Bagnall is CEO of Bank First, in Australia, and has spent 25 years working across Australian and international financial services. She's passionate about growing sustainable, member-owned banks which look after people when times are tough. In work and in life, she leads with heart promoting women's issues, education, equality, inclusion, and empowerment.
