Amy Linsmeyer is letting us in on all the details about her growth journey.  Amy had her first non-abusive relationship when she was thirty-one years old. Yet while the relationship was non-abusive, she still felt stuck in a place where she couldn’t be her true self. One day she woke up and realized she needed out.
