Tiara Surrett takes the time to speak on how a toxic relationship affected her mentally and emotionally.  She speaks on losing herself while trying to please people in her life who consistently put her down and made her question her self-worth.  Tiara also touches on how childhood issues were bleeding into adulthood and the relationships she was trying to build.  She speaks on how self-love has to happen before being able to show love to someone else.  After that life-changing experience and relationship, she speaks on how it is okay to not allow people to take advantage of you and to make sure that people understand that it is not okay to disrespect you and talk down to you.
