When people hurt us, we may be tempted to think of them as enemies.

Well, Jesus is asking us in this gospel, to pray for our enemies.  Pray for those who persecute us.  What happens in our hearts, when we take on the task of praying for those who hurt us?

Well, good news, There is a Balm in Gilead.  And Maria sings about this balm.
