The first episode of the Desert Hot Takes podcast with Austin Montgomery (amontgomerylive) and Jacob Allen (@Jacob_Allen). The Dessert Hot takes crew begins warming up in order to prepare the audience for takes that are hotter than the sun. The podcast highlights the news and events among programs located in the western region of the country. The podcast fights against east coast bias and gives the Pac-12 conference the love it deserves. We do that by breaking down the Pac-12 after dark game between BYU vs Utah. Then the host debate who's the best QB in LA between Josh Rosen and Sam Darnold. After Jacob Allen boast about his fantasy team that nobody gives a shit about, Austin Montgomery gives the first Dessert Hot Take of the year picking the winner in the San Diego St and Stanford game.
