Poets Igniting Change and UBA present a performance by Jamila Woods and Nate Marshall.

The performance, in the Mohr Student Center on Nov. 1, 2016, was preceded by a workshop in Carnegie 300.

Temple Grandin, animal welfare advocate and autism activist, will present the College’s annual Oppenheimer lecture, “Improving Animal Welfare: A Practical Approach,” to kick off Homecoming Weekend on October 6.

Special guest presentation about the history of stereoscopy and virtual reality, tying 19th century technologies together with the modern versions we are exploring through the Digital Chicago grant. Dr. Rachel Lindsey, Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the Danforth Center on Religion and Politics at Washington University in St. Louis, will give a presentation titled "Through the Magic Glasses": Chicago in 3D Photography, 1893-2016, at 3 pm on July 6th in the Center for Chicago Programs.

Garrick Players presents Keely and Du, a drama by Jane Martin, directed by Jenna Madeley (’16).

Keely and Du is a mind probing issue play with a gripping human face that asks, "What is the extent of individual freedom?"
