Actor Lee Joon-gi is returning to the small screen this summer with a season-appropriate thriller. After a year-long television hiatus， the hallyu star is back as a hero out to save his daughter. Lee also released an album this January before jumping on board the upcoming drama， further cementing his pan-Asian star power as an acting-singing double threat.

배우 이준기가 올 여름， 계절에 알맞은 스릴러물로 안방극장에 돌아온다. 1년의 드라마 공백 끝에 한류 스타 이준기는 딸을 구하려는 영웅으로 돌아왔다. 이준기는 올 1월 앨범도 발매해 가수 겸 연기자로서 범 아시아적인 스타 파워를 굳혔다.

투윅스`의 손형석 PD는 “2주간의 이야기인데 하루 방송분이 하루치 일을 다루는 구성을 갖고 있다. 참신하게 다가올 것”이라고 말했다. 큰 인기를 얻었던 드라마 '내 딸 서영이`를 쓴 소현경 작가가 대본을 맡았다. '투윅스`는 8월 7일부터 수목 밤 10시에 MBC에서 방송된다.
