I was blessed with the opportunity to speak with teacher, athlete, and musician Lee Phoenix. We discuss music in the contexts of how it assists during exercise, its potential to be used as therapy, and limiting social constructs derived from society that may limit the scope of music some individuals get exposed to. We also discuss Lee's dare devil side which sparks additional topics in our conversation.
