Do you ever get those moments when you do magick for yourself and nothing happens, but it always work for those you help? This is often due to it being so personal, and especially when we are in desperate situations which tends to block the flow of the magick. Today I discuss this and some suggestions on how to overcome it.

I also talk about right long rites such as Abramelin. The changes that take place in your life when you attempt a long ritual that lasts months and involves daily dedication and practice in order to gain, can often be destructive, and we need time to adjust to those changes. Many rituals involve languages which are foreign to us, and they are languages which we are not well versed in. Although you can get benefit from not saying the words correctly, there is an added benefit from proper pronunciation and this becomes important, not to mention the respect for the language which is given when we learn how to pronounce the words properly. Also the power behind a language such as sanskrit is phenomenal.
