I don't know about you, but I tend to set unrealistic expectations for myself and others just to end up failing. Let's talk about it. 

I'm terrible at sticking to traditional resolutions, so I'm making three that I think are manageable but will still challenge me. Let me tell you why. Also, there are a few left turns, so come along for the ride!

I feel like the title says it all. This is literally just a stream of consciousness on healing and mental health. This episode is mainly me processing healing more than anything else. We will dive deeper next week. Thank you for sharing this space with me!
