Left Field Daily Message

Listen for when God speaks to you and then you go.

Elijah went where God told him to go and he walked in a huge level of faith.

God will provide for your journey.

By the time God tells you to do something, He's already planned it out and made provision for where you need to go. Listen to how God breaks open this little piece of Elijah's journey.

The proof is in the pudding.

The things God grows in you in secret will overflow into the other areas of you life because your standards and level of operation will grow as you go with God. People will come check it out but you already got this through the Lord.

Your task is important!

Whether you were called to prepare or to finish something for the Lord, every task is significant in the Lord's eyes. David prepared and Solomon built.

What are you asking God for? Why that?

Solomon's calling was to lead God's people. He asked God for wisdom to lead them in complete selflessness and God blessed his socks off by adding honor and riches on top of the wisdom.

Your are going to do great things for the Lord!

What do you want to be known for? What is your claim to fame? What do you want to be remembered for? David's Mighty warriors were known for truly magnificent things they did with God at their side. They operated on levels no one else did. On what level are you operating?

Where you are getting attacked the hardest is probably where your biggest calling lies. The enemy is trying to get you to throw in the towel. Pick up that towel, wipe your face, put God in charge and Jesus at the wheel, then you get going. Give it all you've got. You're going to be amazed by what's on the other side! God has already won! Claim your victory for God's glory and kingdom!

While there is still time...

We look at David's actions in this event while there was still time. We look at what he does afterwards and what God came to show me about this story this morning.

If it hasn't reached the end... there is still time my friend!

Loyalty, honour and integrity. Jonathan and David's souls were knit together as if one soul as the bible describes it. David promised Jonathan that he would look after his family. There was no one around to remind David or to hold him accountable, yet he asked and found someone. Mephibosheth, the son of his friend. Look what David does.

"Then David danced before the Lord with all his might." He didn't pay attention to what was going on around him. He was busy with the Lord. Do what you need to do my friend. Don't be fearful of your testimony and dance before the Lord with all your might. God will use you and you will be blessed.
