Why? Why is this happening? Why God?

Hear me out... Hopefully this will help with a little bit of perspective which I know you so desperately need.

Where your treasure is, there your heart will also be.

What do you treasure most? Where do you spend most of your time? What perception do people have of you? It can be changed. Keep an eye on the fruits. If they aren't good, the root good be rotten. Get that root out and get a good one planted.

For where your treasure is, there your heart will also be - Matt 6:20b

There's nothing wrong with having nice and awesome things, but be sure that God is and remains number 1 in your life. Seek Him first. Jesus prepared a place for us. What a prize if we complete this race! Make Him number 1, Seek His kingdom first and see how He adds all these things to your life.

Why don't we move? What are we afraid of? God said to every man He called that He'll be with them. Every task they needed to perform.

Moses: I'll be with your mouth and teach you what to say

Jeremiah: For I am with you to deliver you

Gideon: Surely, I will be with you

Surely goodness and grace will follow me all the days of my life - Ps 23:5

We spend so much time convincing ourselves we shouldn't when all Jesus teaches us is to become like a child and have that childlike faith in Him. Convince yourself you can. Convince yourself He will rather than the opposite. It's time to do your part, the man part.

God will surprise you with things you may have long forgotten about. Sometimes we just need a different avenue first. The "missing" equipment lies there, but if you commit your ways to the Lord, He'll make your thoughts and plans a reality if the ultimate goal is for His glory and kingdom.

Does it feel like you're not getting any more? A container can only hold so much. Once it's full, nothing more can go in until we start using what's inside.

Start using what you have so God can start pouring more again! God loves a cheerful giver!

Doing well? Performing like a Champ? Then they come and slap you with what feels like unappreciated feedback? Makes it feel like "It's not good enough."

Remember that we need to do all things for God's glory! He will reward you.

And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men - Col 3:23

In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you - 1 Thess 5:18
