We're diving back in with a real heavy hitter. We've all known that many of the events of Dragon Age seem similar to real life issues... but the events of the last couple of years have left made both Rose and Thorn notice that, especially in Dragon Age 2, real life seems strikingly similar to ongoings in the world. The two friends dive into the relevancy of the issues in Dragon Age 2, ten years later, and talk about exactly what ways does our beloved game reflect the world?
Sooo... it appears our return to podcasting starts off with... Hawke AND Lavellan... somehow stealing our equipment from... across the dimensions?? And recording a book review of Hard in Hightown? How does that even work???
Just a quick announcement on the podcast moving forward

Happy New Year! We Begin 2021 (thank the Maker and the Creators) by dropping an episode, and it is quite possibly our favorite episode yet!! In this one, we first, briefly, touch on some fairly distressing things that happened in the Dragon Age community in the beginning of December 2020, but segue from that to talk about this BEAUTIFUL fandom and the family that has really formed out of our deep love and passion for Dragon Age! We celebrate the art and content that has come out of our beloved community, and most of all just praise and shower it with love. We really do love you all, and we are so, so happy to be here!!

We dip our toes in some of the deeper waters at Left of the Fade and discuss Religion in Thedas, and the parallels and possible inspirations from real life religions! By no
means does this cover everything pertaining to religion, but it does cover some of the main stuff we have noticed!
We hope you have a wonderful holiday season - see you in 2021 ;)
Happy Satinalia!

Happy #DragonAgeDay! We're in for a long one this time!! Rose and Thorn go a little more in depth about why they love their romances, and even cover a little about the irksome traits of their lovers
Hewwwooo there! After a bit of a break, we are back with another episode discussing the NPCs we would love to know more about! Some of these are very important to us (Looking at you and your love for Lia, Rose) and we really hope we get to learn more about them! (We understand if you can't Bioware). Please let us know what you think, and what NPCs you would like to know more about!
This episode decides to be fun while also doing some possible over speculating by analyzing the names of many Dragon Age characters, their meanings, and how that applies to them (if at all). We're fully aware that we may be way off the map with our conclusions, and in truth the writers may have just decided they liked the names and that was that. But! This is just for fun, and this is by no means a complete list (we know we missed a lot). If you liked this episode, please let us know and feel free to tell us if we've missed anything important!
We're back with a lighter episode this time! We decide to check in with the ultimate decider of fates (Buzzfeed quizzes) and find out the people we *really* are in Dragon Age! The results may surprise you!... and sometimes they won't ;) (Rose and Thorn recorded this episode super late into the night, so hilarity promises to ensue!) Come along and take these quizzes with us, links are provided! Feel free to tell us your results, we would love to know! In the meantime, we hope you enjoy this completely technical and scientific way of peaking into our souls and exposing our true natures... or maybe just the exposing of our unabashed obsessive fangirliness XD!
