  • On Pulwama, PM's Dare For Imran Khan
Five days after saying the time for talks was over, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, appeared to strike a rather different note today as he said he would test Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on keeping his word on terror. Is there an attempt to dial down tensions on a day President Donald Trump said America was involved in the process to end a very dangerous situation between India and Pakistan in the aftermath of the Pulwama attacks? Also, amid a major overnight crackdown on separatists in Jammu and Kashmir in which over a 100 people have been arrested, the centre has rushed 10,000 paramilitary soldiers to the state. Tonight, on Left, Right and Centre, we ask does this signal a change in strategy for crushing terror? Or will it exacerbate an already volatile situation in Jammu and Kashmir?

  • Pulwama Aftermath: Kashmiris Targeted?
It has been exactly one week since the horrific terror attack in Pulwama in which 40 CRPF soldiers were killed. In the last one week, there has understandably been a lot of anger and emotion. Terrorism emanating from Pakistan has bled India for decades, but what we have also seen in the last one week is the people of India turning on each other instead of coming together. Kashmiri Muslims from different parts of the country, students in particular, have reported feeling intimidated and threatened. There are reports of VHP and Bajrang Dal-led mobs allegedly forcing colleges to tell Kashmiri students and professors to go back home. A man who holds a constitutional post, the governor of Meghalaya, disgraced his position by calling for a boycott of everything Kashmiri. On social media, journalists, liberals, the opposition - everyone is the target of vile abuse by the right wing. So tonight, we decided to make an appeal - it is time for India to unite, for our sakes.

  • Politics Over Pulwama: Gloves Are Off
The gloves are off. The Congress today accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of shooting a documentary in the Corbett National Park on the day of the Pulwama terror attack, and continuing filming even after news of the deadly attack emerged. The Congress says the attack happened at 3:10 pm and the PM was busy shooting his promotional film till 6:40 pm. BJP president Amit Shah hit back accusing the Congress of playing politics over the Pulwama attack, but only talked about generalities, not going into the specific allegations.

  • PM Modi-Saudi Crown Prince Hold Talks: Congress Slams 'Hugplomacy'
The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia held talks with PM Narendra Modi in Delhi today, with the shadow of Pulwama hanging over the meeting. While Mohammed bin Salman announced his country's decision to invest $100 billion in India over the next couple of years, he did not say a word on the Pulwama attack when both leaders spoke to the media. His visit comes after his rather warm chemistry with Pakistan's PM was on display in Islamabad just two days ago. PM Modi's bear hug of the Crown Prince lead to criticism by the opposition. India however says Mohammed bin Salman did condemn Pulwama in the bilateral talks.

  • UN Action Must If There's Proof Against Jaish: Saudi Minister On Pulwama
People involved in terror attacks should not just be blacklisted but tried and punished, and if there is evidence against the Jaish-e Mohammed and its leader Masood Azhar, he must be listed as a global terrorist at the UN, Saudi Arabia said today. In an exclusive interview to NDTV, Saudi Arabia's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Adel Al-Jubeir, said the Saudi-Pakistan joint statement, which referred to "the need for avoiding the politicisation of the UN listing regime" was not a reference to Masood Azhar.

  • Imran Khan Denies Pak Link To Pulwama, India Says "Lame Excuses"
Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan asks for proof of his country's link to the car bomb attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama that killed 40 CRPF soldiers. He said that if India struck back, Pakistan will retaliate. India said Pakistan is giving "lame excuses" as Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar is living in Pakistan and that's proof enough for them to act. India has said it is the same old denial by Pakistan.
