Key by-poll results are out in 10 seats and the BJP marches ahead winning 5. The Congress too doesn't do badly, winning 3 including a narrow win in BJP-ruled Madhya Pradesh. However, it is a huge setback for the Aam Aadmi Party, which loses its deposit in Delhi. So what do these results tell us? Is the BJP unstoppable or has the Congress shown it is still a force to reckon with, and is this the unravelling of AAP?
An Indian man is sacked by his UAE employer for social media abuse against journalist Rana Ayyub. We look at online abuse and trolling and ask whether India is doing enough to tackle it?

The government today assured parliament that it will do everything possible to get Kulbhushan Jadhav, who has been given death sentence by Pakistan military court after being convicted of spying and fomenting unrest in the province of Balochistan, released. India hits back after Pakistan says it will execute Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav, calling him a spy. India says its "premeditated murder". Is this a new low for ties between the two countries?
How do we deny we are racist? Tarun Vijay of the BJP apologised today after remarks that suggested Indians cannot be considered racist because they are accepting of South Indians who, as he said are also black people. It created quite a lot of outrage as you can imagine, especially given that it comes even as we are still in damage control after Nigerian students were thrashed on the outskirts of Delhi a few days ago and African envoys called India racist and xenophobic - which we then took exception to.
