In this episode, we examine a foundational truth that shapes every believer’s prayer life: there is only one true God, and He alone is to be worshiped, trusted, and prayed to. Scripture repeatedly warns against deception—especially spiritual deception that substitutes the true God with false representations, counterfeit powers, or “another Jesus.”
Using both prophetic and New Testament passages, this teaching emphasizes God’s self-existence, exclusivity, and saving authority. From Isaiah’s declaration of the Great I AM, to Christ’s own claims of eternal deity, we are reminded that prayer must always be directed to God as He has revealed Himself, not to a god shaped by culture, mysticism, or spiritual experience.
This episode also addresses the danger of spiritual deception—even among believers—and explains why miracles, power, or spiritual experiences must never replace biblical truth. True prayer begins with right doctrine, right worship, and right understanding of who God is.
Part 1 lays the theological groundwork for understanding prayer, discernment, and the absolute necessity of praying to the one true God through Jesus Christ alone.
