Jim Bush is the CEO and Visionary of Weather Shield Roofing Systems, founded it in 1980. He's also the Managing Partner of Skydeck USA, founded it in 2017, as well as  Past Managing Partner of Advanced Green Architecture and Organizer of Grand River Bank in 2009.

Jim is an apprentice of Jesus Christ and a work in progress. His mission for the current decade of his life is to do the most important and impactful work of his career by living his passion to Serve, Lead, Teach and Inspire others to become all that they were created to be. He does this primarily by practicing and influencing others to practice business as blessing, doing leadership development in the Church, and teaching God’s Word in the church and community. Jeff Kliewer is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) with senior leadership experience in both direct response and major gift fundraising. Having invested nearly 25 years in helping nonprofits grow, Jeff has worked on some of the largest fundraising campaigns in the United States.

As An Associate Dean for the University of Southern California School of Gerontology, Jeff led the implementation of a $50 million fully integrated fundraising campaign as part of the $6 billion “Campaign for the University of Southern California.” He also co-directed a multimillion-dollar campaign for the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. 

Jeff’s experience also includes eight years at the Russ Reid Company, a marketing and communications firm supporting nonprofits, where he led all new business efforts related to their syndicated-client program. He also helped launch World Vision’s “Network of Caring” program. One of Jeff’s most memorable roles was helping Major League Baseball Hall of Fame Manager, Joe Torre, launch his foundation “Safe at Home” on the West Coast and helped generate over $1 million dollars in new revenue their first year.

Larry Gadbaugh is the Executive Director of Guidelight (www.theguidelight.org). He recently completed 22 years as CEO of First Image. He is the co-founder and Executive Director of Oregon Pregnancy Centers Association. Jesus Christ captured him in High School. He and Diane, his wife of 45 years, have a daughter, four sons, two daughters-in-law, and 3 grandchildren. For 15 years, he served as a pastor and worship leader at Grace Community Church in Gresham. Larry is a graduate of Multnomah University, and had his M.A. from Western Seminary.

Joe Albert is a certified executive coach, consultant and faculty member at Gonzaga University and Virginia Tech University. Joe holds a Ph.D. in leadership studies, a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Gonzaga University, and an undergraduate degree in business management from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. He is a certified executive coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and the International Coaching Federation, and is certified with the EQ Profile, an emotional intelligence instrument for individuals and teams, offered by Learning in Action Technologies.  
 
Before launching his coaching, consulting and training practice, Joe was a tenured faculty member and administrator at Gonzaga University for twenty-five years. As a faculty member, and continuing now in an adjunct role, he teaches graduate and doctoral courses in leadership, psychology, storytelling, consulting, and organizational change. He will be launching a twice monthly podcast series focusing on leadership, storytelling, psychology, and life beginning in October. And hopes to have a book on a similar set of topics ready for publication in 2023. 
 
Joe's skills rest in customizing his work to the specific needs of the group or individual with whom he is working. Joe has designed numerous leadership programs at Gonzaga and has also assisted in the creation of leadership development programs in private, higher ed, and non-profit organizations. Dr. John Roddam grew up in Nova Scotia, Canada. After completing undergraduate studies in Chemistry/Mathematics, John's conversion came in 1978. 

He immediately felt a call to ministry. He studied theology in Canada and Chicago. He has a Doctorate from Fuller Seminary. He served parishes in Nova Scotia (1983 to 1994). The Roddam’s moved to the West Coast where John served in Vancouver, BC (1994-2000). From 2000 to 2010, John and his wife, Holly served at St. Luke’s, Seattle, the Mother Church of the Charismatic Renewal Movement. 

John & Holly currently live in Vancouver, BC CANADA. John has retired from parish ministry and  mentors church leaders, church planters, and marketplace leaders. The Roddam’s have four adult children and four AWESOME granddaughters!

Steve Wiggins is a five-time Grammy Award nominee. For his band Big Tent Revival, Steve penned ten #1 radio singles, including Two Set of Joneses, Choose Life, and WWJD.

Following his time as a recording artist, Steve became a pastor and has served on the staff of Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois, Greg Laurie’s Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside, California, and most recently at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee.

Steve is the founder of Living Room Study and Groundworks Ministries, both discipleship ministries that focus on Biblical literacy. Having written a chapter-by-chapter devotional of the entire Bible, Steve is the daily content provider and weekly teacher for various Bible studies, including the Bible Museum on The Square’s Bible Study on the Square and Bellevue Baptist Church’s Bible Challenge.  The goal of Steve’s ministry is to elevate the faith of program participants by leading them to a comprehensive knowledge of the entire Bible.

Steve has also provided the content for The Hope Challenge, the 90 Day Gospel Challenge, and Pocket Testament League’s 21 Day Challenge.  

His article Building A Culture of Worship was published in Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary’s The Journal.

Beau Heyman is the Executive Director of First Care Women’s Clinic, where he has served on staff for 16 years, including the last six years as Executive Director. Under his leadership First Care has refined its mission and strategy, and has increased its operating budget by $1 million annually. 

 
Beau was born in Gainesville, Florida, but grew up overseas with missionary parents and his older brother. He spent ten years in Liberia, Costa Rica and Uruguay before moving back to Florida in the eleventh grade. He met his wife of 25-years while they were both undergraduates at Palm Beach Atlantic University. They have five wonderful sons ages 9-18.

Dr. Ken Canfield is a nationally known leader and scholar who has committed his life to strengthening fathers and families. He founded the National Center for Fathering – fathers.com – in 1990 and has been involved with many other organizations during his career.

Dr. Canfield has served as a consultant to media, national, state and community leaders—often in partnership with his wife, Dee. Ken has testified to the National Commission of Children (1990), served as a founding member of the Father to Father Initiative (1995-2000) and the National Fatherhood Leaders Group (2002-2006). He has been recognized for his leadership and was awarded the Father of the Year (1993) by the National Congress for Men and Children, the Most Outstanding Alumnus Award (2006) from his alma mater, Friends University, and the Polish Presidential Medal of Honor (2007).


Dr. Canfield has keynoted and presented at dozens of state and community conferences including Fatherhood Summits in California, Florida, Indiana and Kansas. In addition, he has taught his “7 Secrets of Effective Fathers” two-day conference to over 125,000 fathers in a variety of community centers as well as military and faith-based settings.

He is the author of numerous articles, both popular and scientific, and has written twelve books, including The 7 Secrets of Effective Fathers, The Heart of a Father, The Adventures in Fatherhood Series, They Call Me Dad, and most recently, The HEART of Grandparenting, as well as several book chapters in collaborative texts.

Besides publishing, Canfield was heard on a daily weekday radio commentary, Today’s Father, which he began in 1993 and aired on over 600 stations nationwide. He has been interviewed on The Oprah Winfrey Show (twice), NBC’s Today Show, ABC’s World News Tonight, Focus on the Family, 700 Club, and numerous other radio and television programs.

Ken is also founder and president of the National Association for Grandparenting (grandkidsmatter.org), believing that grandparents are a missing and needed addition to strengthen the family system.

Ken and his late wife, Dee, were married 43 years and have five adult children (three daughters and two sons), three sons-in-law, one daughter-in-law and fourteen grandchildren. He has since married Dr. Michelle Watson Canfield and they share a passion for equipping fathers to engage in their children’s lives. When Ken and Michelle aren’t visiting family in the Midwest or on the East Coast, they reside in Oregon where they enjoy the outdoors, connecting with friends and family, and church activities.
