Chris Black is the Managing Director of Sound Leisure, a manufacturer of British-built jukeboxes in Yorkshire since 1978, which are exported all over the world. Chris shares his journey which began with him agreeing to help out for a couple of weeks in the factory and he is still there over 30 years later.

Helen Tonks MBE is a Founder and Director of Hydraulics Online, a family business based in the North West of England. Her professional and personal journey has been nothing short of remarkable since establishing the business in 2004: Hydraulics Online has become a multiple award-winning, international brand trusted in over 130 countries, recognised as an Export Champion by the Department for Business and Trade since 2019, and Helen has, this year, been awarded an MBE.
