We get into the affect that our family of origins have on our futures. It is absolutely critical we take time to consider how our past and upbringing affects our pattern of thinking and behaviors in order to create positive generational change. If we aren't aware of and work to heal from our past then every ounce of baggage will get carried into our daily lives and on to the next generation.
