Julian T. Lee is an associate in Rosenberg Martin Greenberg’s nationally-recognized tax controversy department. He joined the firm in 2009, and his practice focuses on representation of individuals and businesses throughout all stages of federal and state tax controversies.

Julian is Vice Chair of the National Bar Association (NBA) Tax Section and has frequently spoken on panels about income and employment tax compliance at NBA conferences. He is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation and a member of the Maryland State Bar Association. Julian has served as an instructor in the Military Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program at Fort George G. Meade since 2012, teaching preparers who provide free tax preparation services to military personnel and their families. He also helped establish key metrics and a framework that is considered the gold standard in law firm analytics. In 2014, Russ played a lead role in the sale of Redwood Analytics to Aderant Inc.

Prior to joining Redwood, Russ worked in Research and Project Analysis at two Fortune 500 companies. He received his BSBA from the University of Richmond and his MBA from the University of Tennessee.
