The Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management, and the Center on Equality Pluralism, and Policy, present this Nonprofit Seminar on legal services for nonprofits.

A panel discusses how legal services for nonprofit agencies are procured, and legal resources available to nonprofits, and how nonprofits can be good clients of legal services. Panelists include: Sean Delaney, Executive Director of the Lawyers Alliance for New York; and Michael Rothenberg, Executive Director of New York Laywers for the Public Interest. Sonia R. Jarvis, Distinguished Lecturer and Director of the Center on Equality, Pluralism, and Policy, moderates the discussion. Also, the results of a study on Leadership, Diversity, and Legal Services conducted by Professor Sonia Jarvis, are presented and discussed. An informal discussion and Q&A session follows.
