As President and COO, Bart is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations, product development, strategic planning, employee relations, business integration, compliance, and technology at Ameriflex. He is an expert both from a legal and operational perspective in consumer-directed healthcare products. Bart began his career at UMB Financial Corporation in Kansas City, Mo., where he served as Assistant Vice President for the company’s Institutional Fixed Income Group. Bart graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo., where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, Psychology and Philosophy. He also earned a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School and is admitted to practice law in Texas and Missouri.

His segment each night garners an audience of over 300,000 people. Hansen has won many awards in his career, including: two-time Sportscaster of the Year by the Associated Press, four-time Texas Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association, Best Sportscaster by the United Press International and Dallas Press Club, TV Personality of the Year by American Women in Radio and Television, and Best Investigative Reporter by the Iowa Associated Press.

Today on Legends in Leadership, we welcome Karen Vasquez O’Donnell, the Creative Director and Co­Founder of Crazy Ventures, LLC, a provider of business coaching services to entrepreneurs. Co­Author of Today’s Inspired Latina Vol. 4 and is currently working on her own children book series.

Karen spent fifteen years as a licensed physical therapist assistant after earning an
associate’s degree in applied science from Lehigh Carbon Community College. In 2013,
she obtained her second degree, a BS in Business Administration from Albright College,
which she has used to help spearhead her entrepreneurial endeavors.

Karen is a native of El Salvador who had humble beginnings and a thirst for success.
She lives in Coppell, Texas with her husband and two sons. She enjoys traveling with her family and learning about different cultures and ways of life. She believes that real life experiences are essential to one’s personal growth.
