Riggs: Good afternoon everyone. It is the 12th of March 2020. This is our much more relaxed format. The first Thursday of every month we do a full-on webinar with video and whiteboard and charts and so forth. It is getting cooler all the time as I get the production values up. One thing you always get from me is exactly what I believe is happening in the company and also in the general markets, whether they are water or not. In between we have these audio briefings which are more intimate, more insider and keep you up to date as to what is developing.

What the heck is going on? Well one thing is for sure and that is that, I was at the CNN building today recording our show, Money TV, and CNN is all virus all the time now. This is how it's going to be, so it is what it is. What does that mean? There are several dimensions to it. The first dimension of course is human, and people have moved from being very complacent to many people being panicked. I think somewhere down the middle is a good thing, but I'm not really going to get into the health side of things because you can go on Facebook and look up Riggs Eckelberry and you will see my latest public post as a person, as an individual, but that isn't really what we are about. We're about the water.

Riggs: Hello everyone. It is the 27th of February. By the way, it's a leap year, will be the 29th this year. It's a pleasure to have you on board. Lots to talk about so I'm going to cover this. I really like these audio briefings because they are very intimate and I get to talk to you intimately so let's get on with it.

The big news is obviously Coronavirus. That is huge and what I'm seeing happen is that companies are now reacting by halting operations and restricting employee travel to China. This is true of a whole bunch of businesses. We've got Facebook, which even though it's forbidden in China, actually has a lot of offices there, LG, Nestle, L'Oreal, Cargill are discouraging travel. I see that Nestle, the world's largest food company, has asked all 291,000 of its employees not to travel until the middle of March. “Domestic travel should be replaced by alternative methods of communication where possible.”

Riggs: Okay, everyone, this is Riggs Eckelberry and this is a brand-new experiment that we're doing here, which is an audio insider briefing.

The purpose really is to go back to the old-school briefings we used to do. We did about 45, 46 of them over the last year and a half or so. They're much more informal. They allow me to basically brief you in a very personalized way. Then we decided to our webinar once a month, first Thursday of every month, but to do it properly.

What I found was that for the last three or four webinars that we've been doing since we started trying to do this, it was just every single week the burden of producing it meant that we weren't really, really giving it the focus it needed. So this way, I'll be able to bring in other panelists, I'll be able to do what I want on these, but this weekly briefing is going to be much more intimate insider and fresh.

Tom: Hey, how are you doing?

Riggs: So, Tom is speaking to us from his home in Florida, we're becoming a multi-state company. We're very virtual. We have operations in Los Angeles, and Texas of course, where the bulk of our people are. Also, up in Virginia where we have Dan Early and Robb Litos. The Modular Water guys are fully integrated now with Progressive Water, we'll be speaking about that. And then we have in Florida, a growing presence, both with Tom on the west coast of Florida, as well as our marketing agency, AGM Agency, Manuel Suarez. A great, great team that is helping us put together this particular briefing project, which I'll be telling you more about.
