I recently caught up for a chat with former Great Britain Olympic Gymnast and Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist, Lee McDermott.  Lee has an incredible resume as not only an athlete but as a coach as well, he took New Zealand to their highest ever position in Gymnastics history, has coached the Cirque du Soleil team and is now involved with helping out at the Gold Coast Suns in the AFL.
