On today's podcast I spoke with Leila Gherabli, the director of a film documentary 'Hope is the thing with Feathers'.

The beautiful film featuring the staff and members of the RehabCare Bantry, captures the personal stories, memories, aspirations and goals of the people attending the service, filmed within the glorious surrounds of the centre.

It turns out Leila, who is a programme facilitator with RehabCare Bantry has had her own big story with many twists and turns. Her role and the film project have come at a perfect time where her huge heart and her creativity were able to flourish, illuminating the potential and spirit of the people who use the services of RehabCare.
