We all have blamed others or situations for why things are the way they are. It's time to take ownership and admit when we're wrong! There is power in admitting when you're wrong. It gives the other person peace and it ultimately leads to us finding freedom and being able to work through it. Lets admit when we're wrong and take ownership. To blame or to own up to our wrongs is a daily battle but we're about to start taking ownership!

We all have had moments of super high confidence and we've also had moments where confidence was nonexistent. This episode is one to help each of us cultivate and maintain a healthy confidence day after day in ourselves and everything we are apart of.
