Lena Philipsson, one of Sweden’s most celebrated pop stars, is set to take on an exciting new role as the lead singer of Roxette for their 2024 tour. Born on January 19, 1966, in Vetlanda, Lena gained fame in the 1980s with her infectious pop hits and electrifying performances. She became internationally recognized after representing Sweden at the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest with the hit "It Hurts" (Det gör ont).

Joining Roxette marks a historic moment in her career, blending her legacy with that of the iconic Swedish duo known for global hits like "It Must Have Been Love" and "The Look". With her powerful stage presence and versatility, Lena is poised to bring a fresh energy to the band while honoring its timeless legacy.
