For my first walk, talk and shoot episode of 2021, I walked along the bank along the River Welland on a cold and frosty morning.

Recently, I decided to purchase my first - brand new, not secondhand - telephoto lens that I have had my eye on for quite some time!

A lovely walk in the autumn sun resulted in one of my favourite wildlife encounters to date. I also managed to see a once in a lifetime sighting of a bird that has made headline news in recent months. Join me for a walk around Bourne Woods, with quite a few unexpected sightings!
