Today’s recording is super special to me because I talk to my cousin Leonnie Fisher about trauma in childbirth and having a baby during a pandemic. Leonnie and I grew up in a tight knit west Indian family and have remained close in our adulthood. It was amazing to hear first hand the experience that my baby cousin went through and I am in awe of her ability to discuss it with me with such openness and honesty.
