Sylvia Baikie is the national co-ordinator for child poverty, a public health practitioner and the leader of Maximise, an initiative to provide a long term, holistic model of intensive support for families in poverty. She also shares some of her story and the role that Leslie Baptist has played in her life. Eilidh Proudfoot is the Scottish Lead of Home For Good, a UK Christian Charity that seeks to inspire, enable and empower the church to support families who foster and adopt. They’re here to give us an insight into family in different contexts across the country and what the local church might have to offer.
