This is a segment of how I survived being incarcerated for ten years! My experience within those walls and how I made the most of it! As well as the struggles and curve balls, setbacks thrown my way!

During my incarceration, I gave birth, got sentenced and lost my father in the first year of getting arrested.

When things took a complete unexpected turn for the worst. How I got charged with Accessory to Murder and on a million dollar bond. A time of confusion, feeling guilty , complete regret and remorse.

Things took an unexpected dark turn once I realized death was upon the one person I wanted to love me ,and so many questions go unanswered !

How I felt when things took a turn - bullying, sexual activities, finding myself , emotions, etc!

The hand I was dealt since birth was not ideal, but I was fortunate and blessed to have been taken in and cared/loved for by my great aunt and great uncle! In which they took custody of me - days from the hospital that I was born in!

Not proud of who I was however, proud of who I have become! Motivating other woman and men to empower more woman and men!
