This week, I have been connecting with my immediate circle and what I have mostly been hearing is how stressful life is, how tired people are, how exhausting it has been, and I feel the same. I have been tired and exhausted this week, It felt good talking to people and realizing I am not alone.... So I decided to share how my week has been going, what has been helping and what isn't, and also check in on you. How are you? What kind of energy are you feeling this week?

Someone I know asked me a question on coming out and I thought to share my thoughts and experience on the topic. To me personally, coming out is whatever you make it to be. I am a private person yet so open, it's what I want you to know, you will know however, I respect the fact that we all have different upbringings, cultures, backgrounds, and our realities are different. I am interested in knowing what it is for you.
