Less Screen Time For Happier and Healthier Families

Too much screen time has some negative consequences for both kids and adults. It can affect sleep, stress levels, and academic performance in school or work. We did our best to limit the time, especially when the kids were young.
I am still learning new ways to limit my own screen time. Remember, a happy and healthy mom means happy and healthy kids. Reducing screen time is one way for us moms to reduce stress, anxiety, and improve sleep. Also, kids learn by watching us, so set an example and get off your own screens.
