He welcomes you,

gives you a tour,

and does all he can to make you feel at home.

The employees are smiling and happy.

The customers converse with the owner.

Everyone is on a first-name basis.

And you KNOW you'll be back again.

Why did that happen?

Because you were treated as a person.

So you want to come back.

To spend more time...

In that environment...

With those people.

Because they recognized the truth.

The truth that even you don't always recognize about yourself.

That YOU have value.
