I love my manager. I admire everything about her. She is the best. She is always on the ball. She believes that time is money. That’s why she always encourages us to improve our time management skills. She motivates us to get into something that we love and are good at. She supports us and gives us all the tools to effectively climb the corporate ladder. She cares for us and simply believes in us. If we faced any problems, difficulties, or fell behind she would help us come up with the right solutions or plan to fix up everything. On the flip side, I used to work with another manager that made me feel miserable and worthless. It was only a matter of time before  I left that toxic place and left the drag paper-pushers behind for good. This job was really eating away at me. That’s why I appreciate my current dynamite manager. Thank you, Pamela.
