Habits are such an amazing thing. I love learning more about them, in order to be able to control and create more positive ones in my life. To get back on the recording Habit I put together a little quick one to build the momemtum I needed. I hope it helps.

My mate Reece has been an aspiring entrepreneur since leaving High school in Yr 11. Working his way through an apprenticeship and then realising he wanted to have the time and financial freedom that only comes from being his own boss - he began his first business. This is his journey from there to sitting down with a multi million dollar organisation to sell his idea and then shifting to what he loves and that is Food and Family. Its a great story and you will learn plenty about life and taking opportunities when they come and  working hard to figuring out how to do it all along the way.

Habits arent just something we do but they sterm from who we are. We get to define who that is and there are a number of factors that affect our Identity. This is the next step to knowing yourself and how you can create your best habits.

This is the first episode in this series about habits. First we make Habits, then Habits make us. Our whole lives are determined by our habits. From what time we go to sleep, what we do when we wake up, how we put our pants on and tie our shoe lae through to how we act infront of people, and whether we do our homework or not. These can either help us move forward or not. So this series is to empower you to be your best by understanding and creating better habits

We underestimate the power of our mornings and evenings on our overall wellbeing. Especially today when we are so wired, and plugged-in all the time. What we do in our monring, helps us dictate our day. When we win the morning, we win our day. And when we win our day, we win our life. This is just a little bit about how and what to do to help you do that.
