In this Solosode, I share my personal experiences from my European travels with my family. Over the many days traveling through Europe with my family, I reflected on many different lessons that I learned like the importance of accountability. When you stop and take the time to reflect, you will discover the importance of maintaining fitness and nutrition during travel, including regular physical activity. Maintaining mobility and engaging in active recovery to prevent injuries is key when it comes to travel. This is as simple as adapting your regular workouts to include walking, stair climbing and push-ups.
Having a plan and being flexible while adjusting your nutrition during travel to include local delicacies and managing alcohol consumption will help you enjoy your time away and avoid being ill while away.
